L’Équipe report that Greek giants Olympiakos have approached Lille in recent days over a possible deal for 24-year-old attacking midfielder Yassine Benzia.

The Algerian international sent last season on loan with Fenerbahce, but has since returned to northern France. Olympiakos’ enquiry centred around understanding by which formulae Lille would allow their player to depart: transfer, or loan with option to buy, which is still yet to be defined.
