Toulouse are making moves in this summer transfer window – tomorrow, they are all set to complete the signing of 21-year-old Uruguayan youth international central defender Agustin Rogel, according to L’Équipe.

The youngster will replace the departed centre-back Christopher Jullien and join from Russian side Krylia Sovetov Samara for €2.5m.

Lecce in Italy were also after the player, but Les Violets are understood to have won the race.
