Adama Soumaoro hanging out by the Lille exit door; strong German interest

L’Équipe report that Lille vice-captain Adama Soumaoro is likely heading towards the exit door next month, owing to his lack of playing time so far this season.

Having supposedly failed a medical with Monaco in summer after carrying a long-term knock, the Principality side may return for his services next month.

The central defender also has considerable interest from German clubs, even though he would prefer a Premier League adventure. Two years ago, LOSC rejected a €20m bid from Crystal Palace for the player.

Now, they would be willing to sell for between €13m – €15m.
