L’Équipe report this morning that 21-year-old French youth international central midfielder Boubakary Soumaré intends to remain at Lille for the 2020/21 campaign, unless an exceptional offer from a European giant arrives at Les Dogues’ desk.

After being pursued heavily by Newcastle United in January, the player has made it clear to the Ligue 1 club’s board that he only intends to move to a member of Europe’s elite, according to sources contacted by Get French Football News.
