Daniel Bryan and Samoa Joe faced off in hard-hitting battles that made them stars on the independent scene and put them on the road to WWE, but it has been more than a decade since they last squared off. A lot has changed for these two Superstars. How will their history and the upcoming melee at WWE Money in the Bank affect this colossal showdown? Daniel Bryan and Samoa Joe to clash for final spot in Money in the Bank Ladder Match

After defeating Jeff Hardy last Tuesday, Daniel Bryan has earned the right to face longtime rival Samoa Joe in a battle for the final place in the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
The two engaged in countless hard-hitting battles on the independent circuit that became the stuff of legend during their tumultuous history that spans longer than a decade-and-a-half. However, The Beard and The Samoan Submission Machine eventually went on divergent career paths, with fans hoping they would once again cross paths inside the ring. When Joe joined WWE and signed with NXT in 2015, the door opened for his rivalry with Bryan to be renewed. However, it seemed to be shut forever when Bryan announced his retirement from competition in Feb. 2016.

But with Bryan returning to full-time competition this spring and Samoa Joe arriving to Team Blue in the Superstar Shake-up, this rivalry will no longer be a dream. Joe seemed eager to remind Bryan of the punishment that awaits him after Bryan’s victory over Hardy. How will the leader of The “Yes!” Movement counter Joe’s relentless offense?

The New Day battle The Miz & The Bar in Six-Man Tag Team action

After a controversial ending to last week’s match between Big E and The Miz, The New Day will square off with The A-Lister and The Bar on SmackDown LIVE.

Big E had The Awesome One on the ropes last Tuesday until Sheamus and Cesaro made their presence felt, brawling with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods, and the distraction allowed The Miz to steal the victory.

Will The New Day get payback, or will The Miz and The Bar once again have the upper hand?

Is Carmella ready for Asuka?

SmackDown Women’s Champion Carmella has a date with destiny on June 17 at WWE Money in the Bank when she faces Asuka.

Despite facing tall odds against The Empress of Tomorrow, Carmella remains confident that she is not only better than Asuka, but ready to defeat her in Chicago. Will The Princess of Staten Island continue to boast this Tuesday?

Will AJ Styles figure into the outcome of Shinsuke Nakamura’s match against Tye Dillinger?

WWE Champion AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura unloaded on each other in a huge brawl last week, capped off with The King of Strong Style clobbering the champion with a steel chair and a Kinshasa. Nakamura followed up the attack by counting to 10, revealing that they’d be facing off in a Last Man Standing Match for the title at WWE Money in the Bank.

Speaking of the number 10, SmackDown General Manager Paige announced on Twitter that Nakamura will clash with the Perfect 10 Tye Dillinger on this week’s SmackDown LIVE following a heated exchange on Twitter between the two Superstars.
