WWE will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of Monday Night Raw next year in January. The historic show will take place at the Manhattan Center and Barclays Center in New York, and names such as The Undertaker have already been announced to appear on the show. PWInsider claims that WWE considers the show to be “all-hands-on-deck” as they continue to make the show as huge as possible. The company has also reportedly been contacting several more names to appear on the show, although WWE is asking them to send in video messages. Get ready for Raw’s monumental 25th anniversary show to take place on January 22nd, 2018.
The WWE pay-per-view scheduled for 2018 was recently posted online and it features numerous shows taking place all over the United States next year. A few changes to the traditional pay-per-view lineup from WWE were made as well, for instance, the Great Balls of Fire show from earlier this year has been nixed, and Money in the Bank will be a co-branded event. Unfortunately, those reports have turned out to be false since Smackdown’s Aiden English has provided fans an updated list of the ‘real’ events scheduled for next year. Prepare to see events such as Rusev Rumble, Rusev in the Bank, RusevSlam, and RusevMania starting next year.

WWE recently resurrected the former Starrcade event which had previously been hosted by WCW. The event saw plenty of legends from the past and stars of today appear, but one act previously scheduled for the show was noticeably absent. Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows of The Club were both advertised for Starrcade but did not wrestle or appear anywhere on the entire show. Some fans have been speculating as to why they did not appear, however, a very simple explanation has been provided. F4WOnline states that Anderson and Gallows were pulled from Starrcade since the show was already booked up. The company had them work a Raw live event in Nashville instead.
