A sanitary employee became talk of the town for her honesty after she found Rs 1 lakh in cash in a dustbin and handed it over to its owner at Metpally in Jagitial district of Telangana.

Maddela Lakshmi works as a sanitary worker at a local vegetable market. She was cleaning the trash in the market on Tuesday night when she discovered a small envelope in the dustbin.

There was Rs 1 lakh in cash in that envelope. She kept the cash with her and went to her house.
