We were all ready for a reunion, but Hadid stopped us in our tracks.

E! News, one of the sites to first report the PDA alert, posted about it on their Instagram page, writing, “The Weeknd and Bella Hadid were spotted ‘kissing all night’ at a #Coachella after party and it’s safe to say we didn’t feel it coming.”

Bella was quick to respond to the source’s claim, commenting, “it wasn’t me.”

So … who was it? Is “who made out with the Weeknd?” the new “who bit Beyoncé?” Before you start spinning conspiracy theories, the singer has already been linked to a lady who bears more than a passing resemblance to Hadid: Chantel Jeffries.

The Weeknd was photographed draping his arm over Jeffries’s shoulders on Saturday.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time Jeffries has been linked to a pop star. The actress is also pals with (who else?) Justin Bieber, with whom dating rumors have swirled since 2014.
