The Blues will look to extend their domestic winning streak from five games to six when they travel to face the Irons
Maurizio Sarri will be aiming to clinch his sixth successive Premier League win with Chelsea when his side travel to West Ham to contest a London derby on Sunday afternoon.
Only Liverpool have matched Chelsea’s five-game winning streak so far this season, with the last time two clubs doing so in the English top-flight happening over 110 years ago.
The Blues will be motivated following their 1-0 win over PAOK in the Europa League earlier in the week, though Manuel Pellegrini’s side will be similarly buoyed after registering an emphatic 3-1 win over Everton last weekend.

Pellegrini has had a turbulent start to the season as West Ham manager with four straight defeats leaving them towards the bottom of the table, but a 3-1 win over Everton has lifted spirits and given fans hope ahead of a huge clash with their London rivals.
The Hammers took four points off of the Blues in 2017-18, winning 1-0 at London Stadium and holding Chelsea to a 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge, and they will be hoping for similar results this term.
Sarri, meanwhile, will be eager to maintain his perfect start to the season with a potential six wins in a row – seven including the Europa League – after resting key man Hazard on Thursday.
Alvaro Morata may sit the fixture out after failing to score against PAOK despite having seven shots, with none of those efforts on target.
The Blues have a crucial few weeks ahead, having to play Liverpool twice in both the league and Carabao Cup, and will likely re-jig their squad.
