According to our colleagues at L’Équipe, Malaga central midfielder Sergi Darder’s arrival at Lyon is a little less imminent than initially thought.

The player has agreed a provisional contract with Lyon, but a fee has yet to be agreed between the relevant parties. It seems that a 3rd party, who owns some of the rights to the player, are asking for more money than it was initially thought. 3rd party ownership is illegal in France and therefore OL must buy 100% of Darder’s rights.
