According to Foot Mercato, who have a close relationship with Sergi Darder’s entourage, Malaga and Lyon have reached a fee agreement for the transfer of the central midfielder.

The player’s agent had the following to say:

 “He is joining Lyon, and he is happy about it. The two clubs have finally reached an agreement, he is therefore not in the group for the match vs Barcelona. I think that he will be in Lyon very soon, maybe even tomorrow morning.”

The fee agreement is believed to be worth €12m. Lyon are set to only sign one for Sergi Darder or Younes Belhanda, who they are both in talks with, according to L’Équipe.
