Lakshmipur village in Jagtial district of Telangana tells a tale of women empowerment. Women farmers are reaching their farmlands without anyone’s help as they are driving scooters to reach their fields quickly.
The days of them banking on male members of their families for big and small chores are over and now they not only are self-dependent, but also help other women labourers.
