Premier League side Swansea have approached Manchester City over the possibility of bringing Ivorian international striker Wilfried Bony back to Wales, according to our colleagues at Foot Mercato.

The Swans’ approach is currently being considered by the player’s entourage, who have not dismissed it out of hand.

Besiktas, Fenerbahce and West Brom, as well as other sides, remain in regular contact over a possible move.

Lille and Marseille have also made approaches in recent weeks.
