Our colleagues at Foot Mercato report that Ligue 1 side Lille have registered an interest in signing 19-year-old Serbian central defender Sava Cestic from Bundesliga club FC Köln.

Cestic currently plies his trade in the U19s version of the German 1st division, having made 14 appearances in this competition to date this season, scoring twice in the process.

He joined Köln at the beginning of this campaign from Schalke 04 – he is currently tied to an amateur contract with his club until 2021, which has peaked the interest of a number of French clubs, but specifically Lille.
