WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross appeared on ESPN SportsNation this Friday to promote his brand new book Slobberknocker: My Life In Wrestling.
The all-time announcer great gave an excellent, unhinged and hilarious interview telling some crazy road stories, promoting New Japan Pro Wrestling, and even did commentary over some random clips of SportsNation co-host and former NFL Pro Bowl defensive end Marcellus Wiley.

“I drove the blind owner of a wresting territory from Tulsa to Shreveport in his Cadillac. He’s totally blind – like Stevie Wonder level. We’re driving down there to murder the Million Dollar Man. He’s drunk, he’s blind and he’s smoking cigars. The ash hits his Jaymar Sansabelt pants and catches his nest on fire! I had to pull the car off and commence to putting out the fire in my boss’ crotch, who’s blind and doesn’t understand what’s going on, and I’m hammering him in [the balls]!”
Good ole JR also claimed the bout between Kenny Omega and Kazuchika Okada in the G1 Finals – which airs Friday night on AXS – was “arguably the best pro wrestling match” he has called in his entire career. You can check out the ESPN segment in the video above.
