Daniel Bryan Referees Huge 6-Man Tag Match & Runs the Ropes After Smackdown Went Off the Air (Photos & Videos)

The stars of Smackdown Live rolled through Chicago, IL this past Tuesday night for the final episode of 2017, and after the cameras stopped rolling the fans in attendance were treated to another surprise appearance from none other than Daniel Bryan!

The leader of the “YES Movement” donned a referees uniform and took part in a huge six-man tag team match exclusively for the fans inside the Allstate Arena. The bout saw Randy Orton team with WWE Champion AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura to take on Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Jinder Mahal. After a wild brawl that saw “The Viper” make use of the holiday-themed set, brandishing Christmas trees and oversized gifts as weapons, Orton planted Sami Zayn with an RKO (after a comedic assist from Bryan) to pick up the victory.

ProWrestling.com’s own Doug Enriquez was in attendance for the show, and managed to get some great photos and videos of the entire segment following the Smackdown and 205 Live television tapings.
