While Johnny Impact and his wife Taya Valkyrie — who successfully defended her own Knockouts Championship earlier in the night — have spent the last several months orchestrating numerous screwjobs in the name of retaining the world title, the “Machine” Brian Cage was finally able to break through his defenses.

At the end of a physical match that saw Cage busted wide open, and Impact deliver an impressive Spanish Fly off the side of the entrance ramp, it was special guest referee and Canadian legend Lance Storm who came through for the challenger. Storm helped Cage fight off several bouts of interference to win the gold, including being blasted by the world title belt multiple times, as well as an attack from former senior official Johnny Bravo.
We also have brand new Impact World Tag Team Champions, after Santana and Ortiz of the long-running group LAX defeated Pentagon Jr. and Rey Fenix to capture the titles for an incredible fourth time.
The Full Metal Mayhem match itself was absolutely insane, and has to be seen to be believed. At one point, Rey Fenix executed a Spanish Fly off the top of a ladder, out of the ring, through a table on the entrance ramp. Pentagon Jr. also delivered a Penta Driver through a series of SIX chairs. Seriously, go out of your way to see this match.
THIS IS ONE OF THE CRAZIEST THINGS WE'VE EVER SEEN @ReyFenixMx DO! #IMPACTRebellion https://t.co/300sbiAYyo pic.twitter.com/R2Svu50iYj
