As noted, WWE will be embarking on its next big European tour in November, with the company holding its first-ever tryouts in Germany, overlapping with WWE Live at the Lanxess Arena in Cologne, on Wednesday, Nov. 7. Live events continue the next day on Thursday, Nov. 8, at Festhalle Frankfurt.
WWE had previously scheduled two events on the tour for October 31st in Stockholm, Sweden, and November 1st in Oslo, Norway. Both events have been moved to May 11th and 12th, respectively, and WWE has yet to provide a reason for the cancellations.
PWInsider.com is now confirming that WWE will be returning to Saudi Arabia on Friday, November 2nd. The company is expected to hold the event in Riyadh, which is the capital of Saudi Arabia, although that has yet to be announced. WWE previously made its debut in the country with the Greatest Royal Rumble event, which took place in Jeddah.

There has been unconfirmed speculation that a WWE Saudi Arabia return taking place just days after the first-ever all-women’s PPV WWE Evolution, might not be a coincidence. Speculation has been that the two events taking place so close together might be WWE’s way of softening any blowback the company might receive if the women are unable to compete at the next Saudi Arabia event(s).
As of this writing, it is unknown whether or not a WWE Saudi Arabia live event return will air on WWE Network.
