WWE has announced that Ricochet will no longer be performing at the upcoming EVOLVE Wrestling show, which he was previously advertised for.

Ricochet was originally scheduled to face Orange Cassidy at EVOLVE 123 and then team up with the Street Profits against Shane Strickland, Joe Gacy, and Eddie Kingston at EVOLVE 124, however, that will no longer be happening.
WWE has pulled Ricochet from the matches and revealed that he will be being replaced by the new North American Champion, The Velveteen Dream in both matches.
However, Ricochet will still be appearing for meet and greet sessions prior to both shows, so fans who had hoped to see the highflying wrestler won’t be disappointed. This has likely happened due to Ricochet’s involvement with the main roster, as EVOLVE’s relationship with WWE is to feature NXT talent on its streams, not talent from Raw or SmackDown Live.
Breaking News….
Velveteen Dream will replace Ricochet at EVOLVE on March 15th in Melrose, MA and March 16th in Queens, NY.
Ricochet will still be at both events for Meet & Greets.
