PWInsider is currently reporting that WWE Hall of Famer Brian James (aka Road Dogg Jesse James) is currently taking an “extended break” from the company, and was not at either TV taping in Montreal this past week. James is still with the company, but there is no timetable for his return.

James was recently reported to be stepping down from head of creative, to transition into a yet-specified role in the company.
