According to Wrestling Observer Radio, there is talk of putting two more title matches onto Sunday’s Extreme Rules card. Shinsuke Nakamura is likely to get an Intercontinental Championship match against Finn Balor, after beating the champ on the most recent SmackDown LIVE.

Also in title contention, Asuka & Kairi Sane won a match in Tokyo, Japan, that guarantees them a title shot against WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Peyton Royce & Billie Kay.

It was also noted that many storylines will likely end at Extreme Rules, so that the Bischoff/Heyman era of WWE can begin in full in the coming weeks.
