The Briscoes just narrowly survived a bloody and brutal Ladder War against the Guerrillas of Destiny last weekend in Toronto, but Ring of Honor has already announced their next challengers for the ROH World Tag Team Championships.

In a downright surprising announcement – and I can’t believe I’m about to type this sentence in 2019 – the Briscoes will defend their titles against WWE Hall of Famers Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson, the Rock ‘n’ Roll Express. The combined ages of these two legends is 123.

The title match will go down on Sunday, August 25 at ROH Honor For All in Nashville, TN one night after the promotion’s television taping in Atlanta.
