Cody Rhodes revealed on social media that he actually gave WWE the rights to his fathers name recently for them to use it in the coming year.

A fan randomly called out Cody on social media claiming that he bashes WWE a lot. However, the former WWE Superstar noted how he actually does the total opposite of that on social media.

He then highlighted how he has given WWE the rights to use Dusty Rhodes’ name in the upcoming tag team tournament, which will be returning for the fourth time in 2020.

If you follow this account, than I’m sure you’ve seen how complimentary to WWE I am and often. I literally just gave them rights to use my dads name for their tag tournie.
