Sky Sports took to Twitter to thank WWE for the 30-year partnership that comes to a close in the new year. Sky Sports acquired the UK rights to WWE programming in 1989, and had been the home of all of WWE’s major programming, including major PPVs.
The final WWE broadcast on Sky Sports will air at 1am GMT. BT Sports will be taking over the rights in 2020.
