A battle for the Smackdown Tag Team titles is set for WWE Super Showdown.

The newly reunited John Morrison and The Miz won a Fatal 4-Way tag team match this week on Friday Night Smackdown to become the new #1 contenders. Heavy Machinery, The Revival and Lince Dorado and Gran Metalik of the Lucha House Party were also a part of the match.

Interestingly enough, the last time Miz and Morrison were both involved in a match for the WWE tag titles was WrestleMania XXVI in 2010, where they actually fought against one another. Miz teamed with Big Show at the event, defending the belts against Morrison and R-Truth in a short bout.

WWE Super Showdown takes place on Thursday, February 27th at King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
