I just returned from RAW is Buffalo. Here’s some highlights of the night

The HSBC Arena was almost sold out with just empty seats in the upper tiers. They should be proud of the crowd considering everything else that is happening in the area this week.

Merchandise stands were packed all night.

Lillian was waaay over with the crowd

Dark Matches/Heat: (all were very good to watch)
Cody Runnels vs. Ryan O’Reilly
Ryan worked over Cody’s shoulder most of the match. Cody won with a DDT variation

Davari vs Super Crazy
Super Crazy was way over with the crowd. Best match of the night. Davari wins with the camel clutch

Val Venis vs. (I can’t remember his name)
Opponent to Val looked like a CM Punk character. He sold Val’s moves. Val won with the money shot

Cade & Murdoch vs. Cryme Tyme
Cryme time was pure face in this match and had most of the crowd in the palm of their hands. This was a very good match with both teams putting in a lot of effort. Cryme Tyme won when (I can’t remember who pinned who) but they held the foot under the ropes

RAW:
You’ve read the report….
-Ken Kennedy kept repeating his last name about 20 times & the crowd was chanting with him
-Snitsky- WHY people were asking!
-Dating Game was hokey but we were hoping for Moolah or Mae Young to be the Diva. The crowd popped huge when Ron DAMN Simmons came to the ring
-Battle Royal. People wanted Cody to win for some reason (give the boy some props….he wrestled twice tonight) and then when people thought Sandman won, they went crazy!

Post Raw match was John Cena vs. Randy Orton. Back and forth match with Cena pulling out of the RKO and getting the FU on Orton. Carlito came running in and got the FU too. Cena posed for the fans and signed autographs.

At the end when Vince went outside to his limo, there was water on the ground like it had been raining. We went back to the exit area and there was no water and it didn’t rain.

Personal Note: When bringing signs, have the common courtesy to put them down during matches. There was one jerk with a BK sign who held it up all night blocking a lot of people’s views of the action. It wasn’t until an irate mother ripped a new one into security who told him to put it down.

I was the guy to the left of the Spit on Cena sign that you saw all night.
