— Bob Sapp was scheduled to wrestle a match during WWE’s tour of Japan next month. The match is off because he has to train for his 2/23 Strikeforce fight.

— As noted earlier, Vince McMahon made the call to cancel a planned DVD release on “Macho Man” Randy Savage. The scheduled DVD release was legit as Amazon.com recently put up product page on it, which you can see at this link. It was going to be a three disc DVD set to be released in November, but that’s off the cards now.

— “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan turned 54 yesterday. It was also Snitsky’s birthday as he turned 38.
