— Kofi Kingston was moved to Raw in last week’s Supplemental Draft because officials believe he’s been a success in ECW and he now needs some more exposure on WWE’s premiere brand. When Kingston was originally called up to the main roster, Raw head writer Brian Gewirtz had no ideas for him and SmackDown head writer Michael Hayes didn’t want him, hence the move to ECW at the time.
— The Hardys are scheduled to team up at least one more time as the two will be challenging John Morrison and The Miz for the WWE Tag Team Titles at the 7/19 WWE SuperShow house show event in Springfield, MA. John Cena & Batista vs. Umaga & JBL in a “Raw and SmackDown Tag Team Match” is also scheduled. There was also scheduled to be a Triple Threat Match for the ECW Championship between Kane, Chavo Guerrero and Shelton Benjamin, but with Mark Henry’s win at Night of Champions earlier tonight, that’s obviously off the cards now. Other Superstars advertised to appear include Kelly Kelly, The Great Khali, CM Punk, Ted DiBiase, Tommy Dreamer, The Big Show, and more. Click here to see the card. — It remains to be seen as to what happens with DH Smith now that he’s on SmackDown, but most of the talk on him has been for him to continue working as a heel. With the move to SmackDown, this puts him back with Natalya, his first cousin. Regarding a possible pairing, it’s doesn’t look like it’s happening. WWE wants to keep Natalya as a wrestler, not a manager. The feeling is that it could ruin her aura if she were to become a manager.
