Austin Aries defeated No Way Jose at NXT “Takeover: Brooklyn II tonight,” and proceeded to put the boots to him until Hideo Itami appeared. Itami came out and hit the GTS, using it to lay Aries out. Announcers Corey Graves and Tom Phillips mentioned how Itami created the hold, a reference to CM Punk using it during his wrestling days.
