Mojo Rawley Says Gronk Could Appear with WWE Soon

RAW Superstar Mojo Rawley is good friends with now retired New England Patriots star tight end Rob Gronkowski, who could appear with WWE soon, according to comments Rawley made to TMZ.
Gronkowski made a cameo in WrestleMania 33 to help Rawley win the Andre the Memorial Battle Royal in 2017, and is a big fan of wrestling. Speculation has already begun that Gronkowski could appear with WWE soon now that he’s retired from the NFL. It may not have been just a coincidence on RAW from Boston on Monday that after Lio Rush cut a promo knocking the career of Gronkowski that Jinder Mahal was announced as Lashley’s partner soon after. Gronkowski and Mahal got into it in 2017.

In his comments to TMZ, Rawley spoke about the Patriots telling Gronkowski to tone down his larger than life personality to avoid running afoul with the NFL. Here’s a summary of the rest of Rawley’s comments in the interview:
“without the shackles” … Gronk is a “whole ‘nother beast” and Mojo says he can’t wait to see Rob UNLEASHED!!

“Yo, let’s go, baby,” Mojo says in a video message for his pal  … “It’s time to turn up! The handcuffs are off!”
“You don’t have the Patriots and the NFL locking you down anymore! If you thought Gronk was wild before, I’m telling you, wait ’til you see him without the shackles on!!!” You can watch the video of Rawley with TMZ below:
